  • Our mission is to compassionately serve family caregivers by providing them with rest from a Christian perspective.

  • We envision a world where every caregiver feels relief from the depression and burnout associated with unpaid family caregiving.

The Caregiving Support Network will help them every step of the way on their caregiving journey, and caregivers will know that they have a network of support rooting for their success.

Finally, we envision a world where every caregiver knows the love of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that they have the hope of the Gospel in their hearts.

  • There are multiple ways you can help further our mission of relieving caregivers of the burnout associated with long-term care.

Consider becoming a monthly donor by joining our Compassion Club which consistently provides support for caregivers in need.

Second, you can help spread the word of our mission to your friends and family. Consider following us on social media and sharing content when you feel moved to help.

Finally, you can volunteer by clicking here and submitting your information on our website. We’re always in need of volunteers to help with identifying caregivers in need, spreading the word, and assisting with fundraising efforts.

  • The Compassion Club is the Caregiving Support Network’s monthly giving club. Consider joining our Compassion Club by making a recurring donation on our website.

Recurring donations help us provide more consistent support to those we serve by allowing us to project revenue into the future. This assists our executive team with budgeting more easily from year to year.

As our fundraising efforts grow, we’re able to help more caregivers, and eventually, expand the support we offer to each of them.

Members of the Compassion Club receive unique “behind the scenes” updates through our monthly online newsletter.

  • The Caregiving Support Network is an entirely remote team without a physical headquarters.

While we collect donations through a P.O. Box located in Blakeslee, Pennsylvania, we chose to forgo a physical office to save on overhead so that we can maximize the impact of your donation.

  • Caregivers apply for assistance through our website. Once a caregiver is accepted into our program, we offer several different kinds of assistance, which includes but is not limited to:

    • 24 hours of home healthcare each month, allowing the caregiver to take a break, and to take care of their own physical and mental health.

    • A once-a-month cleaning service to assist with the burden of keeping up a home.

    • Weekly meal prep and food delivery to make the burden of preparing meals for their loved ones a little easier.

    • We offer Christian spiritual encouragement and fellowship to all so that we can relieve some of their burdens by sharing with them the hope of the Gospel.

    • We also work to connect all applicants with local resources beyond CSN.

There are 53 million caregivers each year in the United States. Their need is great, and we’re dedicated to relentlessly growing CSN until we can help them all.

  • We have an extensive vetting process to verify each caregiver who applies through our program, which includes doctors’ notes, over the phone and online video conversations, and occasional on-site visits.

Caregivers also sign an agreement detailing the condition of their loved ones, which gives CSN the permission to share their story with our network of donors and supporters.

  • Length of support varies in each individual case depending on need.

There are over 53 million family caregivers in the United States. We are striving to help them all, but can only go as far as the amount of funds raised. Consider joining the Compassion Club so that you can expand our program of support.

We take donor stewardship of all funds extremely seriously. Each year we release our Form 990 on our website, which shows how the money raised was allocated. As 2022 is our first year of operation, our Form 990 is not yet available.

Additionally, we intend to conduct an independent third-party financial review each year, which will be posted on our website for our donors to analyze.

As our staff are often former caregivers, we pride ourselves on our commitment to transparency and integrity. For more information, please read our Commitment to Transparency and Integrity Pledge here.
